Towards a new way to Design
There are sectors in which new technologies enter forcefully, dictate new ways of working and, before long, become the norm.
And then there are contexts in which innovation advances, but one step at a time.
Environments where more time, consultation, renewed processes and consolidated structures are needed before the new can become standard. The world of building design and construction is one of them: complex, layered, but at the same time undergoing a profound transformation.
BIM, Building Information Modeling, is the innovation making the greatest impact on the sector. Much more than a tool, BIM represents a new way of designing buildings: digital, shared, faster and more efficient. Despite its relevance, the full potential of the technology remains largely unexpressed, because many architecture and engineering firms lack the structures, knowledge and vision necessary to embrace it in all its possibilities.
BI-move, a studio of BIM specialists, was created precisely to address this problem, offering integrated services and consultancy dedicated to all those businesses facing the challenges of digital transformation. Founded by professionals with different but complementary backgrounds across architecture, engineering and digital development, BI-move is not a simple supplier, but an operational partner. A presence that supports studios and companies in the transition to a more advanced, smart and structured way of working.
Our collaboration began at the start of their journey, when the founders were looking for the right way to tell their story, get noticed and build credibility in a sector where standing out is not always easy or immediate.
The brand needed to express solidity and reliability, without sacrificing the contemporaneity and dynamism of its vision. A brand and visual identity were born, capable of communicating precision and innovation, supported by a recognizable typeface and a palette of gray, black and lime. The same approach guided the creation of the website, designed to guide the user clearly and directly, with language accessible even to those outside the sector.
With BI-move, we embarked on a journey that, spanning branding and web, brought us into the world of building design. A journey that reminded us that, regardless of the sector, in an age when new technologies multiply every day, neither those who cling to tradition nor those who chase every new thing come out ahead. Those who know how to choose what to use win. And above all, those who know how to use it the right way.
