There are realities that do not need to raise their voices to be noticed. Realities that speak through design, through projects that remain over time. Open Resources is one of them.

For over twenty years, this project and construction management firm has been supporting investors, developers and property owners in the valuation of complex real estate assets. The heart of its business is hospitality and luxury residential, an area in which the three founding partners have developed such profound expertise as to contribute, among other things, to the construction of four hotels recognized as among the best 50 in the world.

Behind every excellent structure hides a work made of planning, coordination and vision. A silent work, carried out by partners who, like Open Resources, work behind the scenes, making it possible to create places of beauty. A mission that we feel close to, because we too, in our small way, try every day to give shape to something beautiful.

Our meeting was born from a specific need: after years of growth built on the power of word of mouth and on the solidity of the projects carried out, the company felt the need for a digital home. A place that could finally tell all that value created over time, making it accessible even to those who did not know it yet.

We worked to build a visual identity that reflected their approach: solid but refined, technical but never cold. The site was designed to leave space for images, the real protagonists of the narrative: photographs of interiors and architecture that tell the quality of the projects better than any word.

The setting is an important and decisive typography, capable of conferring authority without being austere. A color palette that transmits reliability and competence, a clean design that enhances places. Because when you helped to create structures such as the Four Seasons Florence or the Collegio alla Querce, awarded as the second best hotel in the world in 2025, you don't need frills: you need clarity.

The site has been designed as a space that reflects the Open Resources method: each section guides the user with the same care with which the company coordinates every phase of a project, from planning to delivery. A digital architecture that tells about a real architecture, made of precision, value relationships and measurable results.

It was a project that required us to enter a world of technical complexity and strategic vision, where every detail counts and where beauty is built brick by brick.
